I've spent the past twenty-plus years working with independent brands, creative organisations, and purpose-led businesses at moments that matter. What I've found consistently is that the most effective marketing isn't the most elaborate. It's honest about what an organisation is, clear about who it's talking to, and patient enough to build something that lasts. I work at a senior level and stay genuinely close to the work — I'm not a strategy-and-disappear operator. I care about the people doing the job as much as the plan itself. Much of what I do is quiet by nature. I work in high-trust environments where discretion and consistency matter.
